CMP for OpenSSL

RSA BSAFE supports CMP.

RSA is supplying a list of supported message types in their CMP Class Reference. The supported ir, ip, cr, cp, rr, rp, certconf, pkiconf and error messages could make it possible to perform "Initialization Request", "Certification Request" and "Revocation Request" sequences.

No interoperability test were performed so far.
